Overview

Raw Data Upload Logs provide a detailed report on the status of uploaded raw data lists in Meritto. This article will guide you through accessing and interpreting these logs to track the success of your data imports.

Plan & Permissions

To access Raw Data Upload Logs, you must have the necessary permissions enabled. If you do not see the required options, contact your Customer Success Manager.

Step-by-Step Guide to look into a log or report to have an idea about the status of the activity done

Accessing Raw Data Upload Logs

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Raw Data Upload Logs.

  2. You will land on the "Raw Data Upload Logs" page, displaying details of previously uploaded lists.

Understanding Raw Data Upload Logs

The logs provide the following details:

  • List Name – The name assigned to the uploaded list.

  • Import Status – The current status of the import process (e.g., "Complete").

  • Imported By – The user who uploaded the list.

  • Import Date – The date and time when the upload was completed.

  • Contacts Processed – The total number of contacts processed.

  • Unique Email ID – Count of newly introduced email addresses.

  • Unique Mobile Number – Count of newly introduced mobile numbers.

  • Duplicate Contact – Count of contacts already existing in the system.

  • Failed Contact – Count of contacts that failed to upload due to errors.

Filtering Raw Data Upload Logs

You can refine your search using the following filters:

  • List Name – Search by the name of the uploaded list.

  • Imported By – Filter by the user who uploaded the data.

  • Import Status – Search based on upload status (Complete, In-process, Pending).

  • Date Range – Filter lists uploaded within a specific date range.

Downloading Reports

  1. Click on the Duplicate Contact or Failed Contact count to download a detailed report in CSV format.

Points to Keep in Mind

  • Ensure that the raw data meets the required format and validation criteria to minimize failed contacts.

  • Duplicate contacts will not be re-imported into the system.

  • If any issues persist, verify the error details in the CSV report and make necessary corrections before re-uploading.
