The Leads by Device Dashlet provides insights into the number of leads generated through different device types. This helps you analyze user behavior, identify the most used devices, and enhance your marketing strategies by focusing on the devices where candidates spend the most time.
Displays the number of leads generated through different devices such as:
Mobile
Desktop/Laptop
Tablet
NA
This helps identify which devices contribute the most to lead generation, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Note: NA denotes leads generated through APIs, Telephony, or offline sources.By default, the Leads by Device Dashlet is enabled. If not visible, follow these steps:
Navigate to Admin Dashboard:
Go to Dashboard > Admin Dashboard from the left-hand navigation panel.
Add the Dashlet:
Click on "Add Dashlet".
Enable the Leads by Device Dashlet by toggling it ON.
Save View:
Click on Save View to apply the changes and make the dashlet visible.

Apply Date Range:
