One-View Lead Profile

Overview

The Lead Profile provides a comprehensive view of all data and activities related to a specific lead. It consolidates all data related to the lead details,  associated activities with timelines, communication logs, follow-ups, notes, and other details related to opportunity and applications. The data helps the lead owners to effectively engage, nurture, and convert leads.

The Lead Profile page is divided into 4 sections:
  1. Lead Profile Summary
  2. Lead Journey
  3. Lead Profile in Detail
  4. Lead Profile Actions

Lead Profile Summary

  1. The name and the lead stage is depicted at the top of the lead profile page. Lead stage depicts the stage of the lead based on their level of interest and responsiveness. The lead stage can be: 
    1. Warm: Moderate interest in the institute, but no strong commitment yet.
    2. Hot: High engagement and responsiveness, indicating strong interest.
    3. Cold: Minimal or no response from the lead.
    4. Untouched: Leads that have entered the system but haven’t been engaged.
    5. Custom Stages: Institutes can configure additional lead stages to suit their needs. Check “How to configure lead stages?” article for the same.

  2. Verified Email address & Phone Number of the leads helps the owner to nurture the leads effectively. The exact date and time the lead entered the system is depicted by under the Lead details banner. The most recent engagement or interaction recorded in the system for the lead is depicted by under the Lead details banner.

  3. A numerical representation of how promising a lead is depicted by the lead score. This score is dynamically updated based on lead actions such as email opens, link clicks, website visits, and application submissions. A higher lead score allows you to prioritize leads with higher conversion potential. To know more about Lead score, check the “Lead Score” article. Lead Strength is a statistical measure indicating the likelihood of the lead converting. High lead strength suggests a strong interest and quicker chances of conversion.

  4. Lead Communication details provide a summary of all engagement activities with the lead. It shows the numbers of emails sent, SMS sent, and Whatsapp sent. It also provides a summary of inbound and outbound calls under telephony status. Upcoming Follow-Up gives the date when the lead should be connected next. Lead Source depicts the source from where the lead was entered into the system. The assigned owner who is supposed to connect with the lead is also mentioned in the summarized view.

Lead Journey

Visual indicators track the lead’s journey within the system:
  1. Unverified: Lead has registered but not yet verified their email or contact details.
  2. Verified: Lead has completed the verification process.
  3. Application Started: Indicates the number of forms started by the applicant.
  4. Payment Approved: Shows the number of applications with successful payments.
  5. Application Submitted: Number of completed application forms submitted.
  6. Token Fee Paid: Indicates if the lead has been successfully enrolled.
You can also configure the lead journey as per your requirement.

Lead Profile in Detail

  1. Lead Journey displays basic information about the lead such as name, contact details, and the course or program they are interested in. All the fields are editable by the assigned lead owner except email and mobile number. You can also make further tabs under lead details to show additional details for a specific lead.

  2. Timeline shows a chronological display of all activities/actions taken by the assigned owner on the lead in detail. 

  3. Calendar Pro provides a seamless way to visualize and manage events and follow-ups. This functionality offers an intuitive calendar interface to track events, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure efficient event management. 

  4. All the notes added by the lead owner for the lead are displayed under the Notes section.

  5. Communication Logs give a detailed view of emails (emails sent, open rate, click rate, emails bounced), SMS (SMS sent, SMS Delivered), Whatsapp Summary (WA sent, Delivered, Click rate, Unsubscribe rate, Auto Reply).   6. DocVerify will give the list of all the documents uploaded by the applicant and links to download them as well.

  7. Tickets sections displays the number of tickets raised by the lead and their status, i.e. Open Tickets (Query is yet to be resolved) or Closed tickets (Query has been resolved).

  8. Call Logs contain all the information regarding calls such as Inbound Calls (Total number of times applicant has called), Outbound Calls (Total number of calls made by the lead owner to the applicant), and Call Duration (The total duration of the call between applicant & Lead owner).


Lead Profile Actions

Lead Profile Action List present on the top right corner of the lead profile page allows you to perform certain actions on the lead.
  1. Change Lead StageThe feature allows you to modify the lead stage and lead sub-stage.  Additionally, the assigned counsellor, follow-up dates and notes can also be modified. Check “How to configure lead stages?”
  2. Add Event   : This action will allow you to mark a follow up for a lead.
  3. Add Note : Allows you to add notes for a specific lead.
  4. Communicate  : Allows you to send Emails, SMS and WA messages to the leads.
  5. WA chat history  : Allows you to check the WA conversation history of the lead.
  6. Reassign Leads  :This action will allow you to change the counsellor allocated to a lead. To know more see "How to Re-assign Leads?" article.
  7. Generate Payment Link  : Helps you generate a payment link.

The Lead Profile in Lead Manager provides a centralized view of lead data, activities, and engagement metrics, enabling efficient tracking and follow-ups. With features like Lead Summary, Journey, Detailed Profile, and Actions, you can manage communication, schedule events, and reassign leads seamlessly. Integrated logs, call history, and document verification enhance visibility, ensuring streamlined lead management and improved conversions.
