Meritto CRM allows you to strategically communicate with parents via email and SMS, ensuring that your institution remains top of mind throughout the enrollment process. You can seamlessly send communications to parents' contact details, including alternate email IDs and mobile numbers, directly from the Application Manager.
You must have access to Application Manager to send communications.
Ensure that the parent’s contact details (alternate email and mobile number) are available in the system.
Bulk communication permissions should be enabled for your user role.
Targeting Unsubmitted Applications: Send follow-ups to parents of applicants who have not yet submitted their applications.
Reinforcing Brand Visibility: Engage parents even after application submission to strengthen their awareness of your institution before enrollment.
Fallback Communication: Ensure messages reach the intended audience by redirecting to the applicant’s registered email if the parent’s contact details are unavailable.
Go to Application Manager and select Manage Applications.
Select the form name from the filter.
Identify the potential applicant pool who haven't made the payment yet.
Select all the candidates and in bulk communication, you will have the option to select an alternate email ID other than the registered lead.
You need to enable the fallback option so that even if the selected email ID (e.g. Father's Email) is not available, the system will shoot the email to the registered email (i.e. Applicant Email ID) and your intended communication will reach the target recipient (Parents/Applicant).
