If you are not receiving the OTP to verify your contact number while trying to proceed with the application, it could be due to several reasons. Missing any of the following checks may prevent the OTP SMS from being delivered:
  1. SMS Partner Setup
    Make sure that an OTP SMS partner is properly configured for your institute in the Meritto system.

  2. SMS Credits:
    Your institute must have sufficient SMS credits available. Without credits, OTPs cannot be sent.



  1. OTP Template Configuration:

    • The OTP template in the Communication Templates section must be DLT approved.

    • The DLT template ID and its content should be correctly mapped in the Meritto system.

  2. PE-TM Chain Binding:
    This must be completed as per DLT regulations.
