Opportunity Management enables you to capture multiple interests of a lead and channel your potential efficiently. It supports Ed-Tech, Coaching & Training Institutes, Online Degree Programs, and Playschool & Pre-School Businesses by allowing you to up-sell and cross-sell based on the lead’s interests.
With Opportunity Management, businesses can track multiple opportunities (courses, programs, classes, short-term & long-term courses) associated with a single lead. This structured approach enhances engagement and ensures every potential interest is nurtured appropriately.
Available for: Accounts with the Opportunity module enabled.
Permissions Required:
Access to Opportunity Management Settings.
Role-based permissions to create, edit, and assign opportunities.
You can create and manage customized opportunity lists.
Opportunities can be assigned to owners individually or in bulk.
Automated distribution of opportunities based on predefined logic.
Calling and nurturing opportunities through dedicated workflows.
Setting up an opportunity follows a three-step process:
Create an Opportunity List with a relevant title.
The title helps categorize opportunities efficiently.
You can modify the title at any time.
Customize fields based on business requirements.
Fields appear on the Opportunity Profile for tracking and nurturing.
Click on Add new fields based on field type (text, dropdown, etc.).
Set up business logic to automatically categorize opportunities.
Define up to five conditions to filter opportunities.
Any opportunity will be created once the lead meets all the criteria of the defined logic.

Things to keep in mind
You can add one multi-select field in your logic at a time.
You will be able to create the logic using Registration fields here (Dropdown & Text Type field)
Newly created opportunity lists are inactive by default.
Click Action > Change Status to activate the list.
The system will check existing leads against the logic and create opportunities automatically.

Note:
The system creates opportunities based on logic only when the logic is first set up. Any future changes to the logic will apply only from that point onward, without affecting past opportunities.
This ensures previously nurtured opportunities remain unchanged.
You can also create and enable multiple opportunity lists as needed for your business.
Once the opportunity list has been activated, you would see the hyperlink on the title. Clicking the same would redirect you to the opportunities created as per your logic.
