The State-Wise Performance Dashlet helps track the performance of incoming leads across different states. This Dashlet provides detailed insights into lead performance from each state, allowing you to assess effectiveness by filtering data through publishers and date ranges.
The State-Wise Performance Dashlet provides the following insights:
Leads: Initial expressions of interest from potential students.
Verified Leads: Leads that have been validated to ensure authenticity and relevance.
Lead Contribution: Number or percentage of leads generated from specific states.
Applications: Form submissions by students expressing their intent to enroll.
Application Contribution: Impact of various states in generating completed applications.
Lead to Application Conversion: Conversion rate from initial leads to completed applications.
Enrolment: The final step where students officially register and become part of your institution.
To enable the Dashlet:
Navigate to Admin Dashboard:
Go to Dashboard from the left-hand navigation panel.
Click on Admin Dashboard.
Add Dashlet:
Click on Add Dashlet in case the State-Wise Performance Dashlet is not already enabled.
Select State-Wise Performance Dashlet:
A pop-up window will appear with all available Dashlets.
Toggle ON (green color) to enable the State-Wise Performance Dashlet.
Save View:
Click Save View to add the Dashlet to your view for future reference.

Date Range Selection:
Select the desired date range and click Apply to filter data for a specific period.
Publisher Filter:
Click on the Filter icon to choose a publisher and explore its state-wise performance insights.
Download Data:
Click on the Download icon to export the data in CSV format for further analysis.
