Auto-reminders: How to Set Auto-reminders?

Introduction

Auto reminders let you add new reminders that will auto-notify the applicants on the specified day. With auto reminders, you can send Email, SMS and WhatsApp notifications without any manual intervention.

Pre-requisites

As a precursor, you should have access to the Communication Suite and should be allowed to view the Auto Reminders.

How to Set Auto-reminders?

  1. Login to your Collexo Account.
  2. Click to expand the menu and you will see Communication Suite.
  3. Click to expand the Communication Suite and you will see a sub-menu as Auto-Reminder.
  4. We have added a few most used auto reminders. You can start sending them by activating their status.
  5. Once you land on Auto Reminders, you’ll see an Action Button (...) and after clicking on the action button you’ll be able to preview the template of the reminders to be sent to the candidates via sms, whatsapp & email.
