Access Control: Ensure appropriate access levels for different users.

This feature helps maintain a well-structured user management system, enhancing operational efficiency.
You must have access to Manage Users with permission to create new users.
If you do not see the Manage Users option, contact your Customer Success Manager.
Navigate to User Access Control > Manage Users.
Click on the Create button on the top right corner.
Click on Create User in the User Access Control > Manage Users section.
An overlay will appear from the right side with the following fields:
Email ID(s): Enter a valid email (up to 5 at once). (Mandatory)
Select Role: Choose from the system’s four default roles. (Mandatory)
Select Permission: Assign a permission template for system access. (Mandatory)
Allocate Form: Assign specific forms to the user (optional).
Click Invite to create the user.
The user appears under the Invited Users tab until they accept the invitation.
Once accepted, the user status moves to Active Users.

Only a Reporting Manager or College Admin can deactivate or delete a user.
Deactivated users lose all access to Meritto CRM.
Click on Create Bulk Users in the top-right corner of the page in the Manage Users section.
The process consists of two steps:
Step 1: Upload User Data
Upload a CSV file containing user information.
You can download a sample CSV file to format your data correctly.
Click Continue after selecting the file.
Step 2: Field Mapping & User Creation
Map the uploaded fields with Meritto’s system fields.
Click Continue to finalize user creation.
Newly created users appear under the Inactive Users section until they accept the invitation.
Creating users in Meritto is a simple yet powerful process that ensures efficient access management.
