Viewing Users allows efficient management of user profiles, roles, and permissions for seamless collaboration.
User Roles Overview: Includes Admin, Counselor, Agent, and Publisher roles.
Role-Based Access: Assign specific roles and permissions to control user tasks.
Team Collaboration: Create teams to facilitate data sharing and efficient workflows.
This ensures structured user management, improving access control and collaboration within the system.
To view users in Meritto, you must have the Manage Users permission enabled. If you do not see user details as described below, contact your Customer Success Manager for access.
Follow these steps to navigate to the User Listing Page:
Log in to your Meritto account.
Expand the Menu and navigate to User Access Control.
Click on Manage User.
The User Listing Page will display all users categorized as:
Active Users
Inactive Users
Invited Users
If you do not see this section, ensure you have the necessary permissions.
Once on the User Listing Page, you can:
Search for a specific user by Name, Email, or Mobile Number.
Filter users based on Role or Permission Group.
Download the complete user list in CSV format.
To view a user’s details:
Locate the user from the list.
Click on the User Name (hyperlinked) to open their profile in a side panel overlay.
The overlay will display:
Client-specific information
User details (Name, Email, Role, Contact Information, etc.)
Address and Social Media Information
Device & App Information
Communication Preferences
On the User Listing Page, click the Search icon.
Enter a Name, Email, or Mobile Number to find a specific user.
To search for multiple users, enter multiple email IDs separated by commas.
Search for specific users or select multiple users from the list.
Click on the Download button in the top-right corner.
A confirmation popup will appear—click Yes to proceed.
Once the download is ready, a hyperlink will appear to access the Request Status Page.
After successful processing, click Download to save the CSV file.
Upon opening a user’s profile, you can access the following sections:
User's Initials, Name, Role, Email, and Contact Details.
User Status (Active, Inactive, or Invited).
For Invited Users:
Re-invite User – Resend the activation link.
Delete User – Remove the invitation.
For Active/Inactive Users:
Activate/Deactivate User – Modify the user’s status.
Delete User – Permanently remove the user.
Each user profile contains several key sections:
Client-Specific Information – Institute-related data, permission templates, allocated forms, and user types (e.g., Counselor, Manager).
User Information – Personal details such as Name, Email, Role, Phone Number, and Date of Birth.
Address Information – Country, State, City, Zip Code, and Full Address.
Social Information – LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook URLs (if available).
Signature – Customizable rich-text signature for emails and official documents.
Device & App Information – Last logged-in device details (Brand, Model, OS Version).
Communication Information – Email or Mobile sender ID setup for notifications.
Viewing users in Meritto simplifies user management by offering a structured approach to access control, role assignments, and collaboration. With the ability to search, filter, and download user data, administrators can efficiently monitor and manage users, ensuring seamless operations and secure access within the system.
