Overview
The Field Force Tracking Report (Web) provides administrators, managers, and team leaders with a real-time and historical view of user movements, check-ins, check-outs, and location updates made through the Field Force module.
This report centralizes the entire field activity of users—covering source of check-in/out, distance travelled, work duration, and complete location history—helping organizations monitor productivity, track field operations, and maintain compliance.
It also acts as the single source of truth for both summary-level reporting (Field Force Tracking table) and detailed location-level reporting (Location History view).

- Check-Out Location - Location From which the check-out has been done.
Note : If the Check In/Out has been done from the web interface or the system has initiated an Auto Check In/Out then location will not be captured. - Work Duration (auto-calculated) - Duration for which the user was checked in , so this is the difference between checkout- timestamp and checkin - timestamp.
- Distance Traveled (Sum of all distance travelled) - Total distance travelled by the user, so this is the sum of all the distance travelled from the location history details pop-up.
Note : We only store last 1 year’s data in this report, therefore any data before that can not be seen in this report.
Location History Details
When a user clicks on the name of the user in the report the system opens a full location detail pop-up including:
- Check-In event
- Check-Out event
- All intermediate Location Updates
Each event includes the following data pointers :
- Type of Event (Checked-In / Checked-Out / Location Update)
- Start Time & End Time
- Duration (HH:MM:SS) - If the location captured is within 500 m of the last location, the locations are merged.
- Latitude & Longitude

Data Visibility (Team & Hierarchy Rules)
The System enforces visibility based on the user data access type:
Access Type | Data Visibility |
