Lead Assigned – Number of unique leads assigned.
Leads Not Engaged – Leads not yet contacted or worked on.
Leads Engaged – Leads that the user interacted with.
TAT Achieved – Leads responded to within the target response time.
Untouched Stage – Leads with no stage updates after assignment.
Applications Assigned – Total applications assigned.
Payment Approved – Applications with successful fee payments.
Application Submitted – Applications submitted along with payments.
Enrolments – Applicants who successfully enrolled.
Queries Assigned – Queries allocated to the user.
Overall Activities (Lead) – Total lead-related actions: emails, SMS, WhatsApp, follow-ups, notes, stage changes, inbound/outbound calls.

Lead Assigned, Not Engaged, Engaged, TAT Achieved, Untouched Stage.
Overall Activities (Lead) – Total engagement actions on leads.
Lead Stage Total – Count of lead stage changes.
Notes Added (Lead) – Voice/text notes added.
Follow-up Added / Overdue / Completed (Lead) – Follow-up task metrics.
Email / SMS / WhatsApp Sent (Lead) – Communication breakdown.
Inbound / Outbound Success & Missed (Lead) – Call handling performance.
3. Applications Summary
Focuses on application-related activities to measure how effectively users are converting applicants.
