Plan & Permissions

  • Access to Meritto CRM with user dashboards enabled.

  • Required Permissions:

    • View User Dashboard – To access and analyze dashboard data.

    • Download Reports – To export productivity reports in CSV format.

    • Manage Follow-up Tasks – To update follow-up tasks and schedules.


Notes Note: If these permissions are unavailable, contact your Admin or Customer Success Manager to get the required access.

Core Functionalities

Productivity Report

  1. The Counselor Productivity Report provides a quick snapshot of a lead owner's performance across multiple parameters.
  1. Key Features:
    1. Date Filters: View productivity data for various date ranges.
    2. Export Option: Download reports in CSV format for offline analysis.

To access the User Dashboard:

  1. Go to Dashboard Section:

    • From the left-hand main navigation, select Dashboard.

  2. Click on User Dashboard:

    • This opens your central command center.

Understanding Key Dashboard Sections

The User Dashboard consists of various sections that offer a detailed overview of counselor activities and lead engagement.

1. Counselor-wise Lead and Application Count

  • Overview: Displays a graphical representation of leads and applications assigned to each lead owner.

  • Purpose: Helps you assess your workload and prioritize tasks effectively.

2. Allocation Snapshot

  • Overview: Provides a snapshot of total leads and/or applications allocated to each lead owner.

  • Purpose: Enables you to monitor the allocation of leads and identify pending tasks.

3. Lead Stage Segregation

  • Overview: Visualizes the distribution of leads across different stages, including untouched leads.

  • Purpose: Identifies leads that require attention and follow-up.



IdeaUntouched Leads: Leads that have not been moved to a higher stage, received a follow-up, or had any notes added.

4. Application Stage Segregation

  • Overview: Displays the distribution of applications across different stages and untouched applications.

  • Purpose: Helps you monitor application progress and take appropriate action.

5. Engagement Chart

  • Overview: Tracks day-wise allocation and engagement actions, such as:

    • Changing lead stage

    • Adding follow-up tasks or notes

    • Sending single SMS and emails

Additional Options:

  • Date Range Filters: Allows filtering data by day, week, or month.

  • Export Option: Download data for offline analysis from the right corner of the block.

6. Activity Feeds

  • Overview: Displays all activities performed by the lead owner, including the data of all attempted calls and recordings of inbound and outbound calls

7. Follow-up Calendar


  • Overview: Allows you to set up and manage follow-up dates efficiently.
