Access to Meritto CRM with user dashboards enabled.
Required Permissions:
View User Dashboard – To access and analyze dashboard data.
Download Reports – To export productivity reports in CSV format.
Manage Follow-up Tasks – To update follow-up tasks and schedules.

To access the User Dashboard:
Go to Dashboard Section:
From the left-hand main navigation, select Dashboard.
Click on User Dashboard:
This opens your central command center.
The User Dashboard consists of various sections that offer a detailed overview of counselor activities and lead engagement.
Overview: Displays a graphical representation of leads and applications assigned to each lead owner.
Purpose: Helps you assess your workload and prioritize tasks effectively.
Overview: Provides a snapshot of total leads and/or applications allocated to each lead owner.
Purpose: Enables you to monitor the allocation of leads and identify pending tasks.
Overview: Visualizes the distribution of leads across different stages, including untouched leads.
Purpose: Identifies leads that require attention and follow-up.
Untouched Leads: Leads that have not been moved to a higher stage, received a follow-up, or had any notes added.Overview: Displays the distribution of applications across different stages and untouched applications.
Purpose: Helps you monitor application progress and take appropriate action.
Note: You can choose the relevant form from the top-right corner of this section.Overview: Tracks day-wise allocation and engagement actions, such as:
Changing lead stage
Adding follow-up tasks or notes
Sending single SMS and emails
Date Range Filters: Allows filtering data by day, week, or month.
Export Option: Download data for offline analysis from the right corner of the block.
Overview: Displays all activities performed by the lead owner, including the data of all attempted calls and recordings of inbound and outbound calls
