Follow-up falls under the User Dashboard where you also have an additional tab to check User Productivity Report.
To access the Follow-Up Dashboard:
Go to Dashboard:
Select Dashboard from the left-hand main navigation.
Open User Dashboard:
Click on the User Dashboard.
Access Follow-Up Task:
Click on the Follow-Up Task tab.
Before data appears in the Follow-Up Dashboard, follow-up tasks must be added.

Click on the Funnel Icon:
Located at the top-right corner of the Follow-Up Dashboard.
Set Filters:
Filter data based on:
Owner/Teams: View follow-ups by individual owners or teams.
Follow-Up Status: Filter by completed, overdue, or upcoming follow-ups.
Lead Stage: Filter follow-ups based on lead stage.
Click Apply:
Apply the selected filters to view relevant data.
