The Follow-Up Dashboard in Meritto is a centralized hub that allows you to efficiently track, manage, and organize all follow-up actions. It ensures that no interaction with leads or tasks requiring attention is missed. The dashboard categorizes follow-ups based on their status, enabling you to stay on top of your commitments and prioritize effectively.

Follow-up falls under the User Dashboard where you also have an additional tab to check User Productivity Report. 

Core Functionalities

To access the Follow-Up Dashboard:

  1. Go to Dashboard:

    • Select Dashboard from the left-hand main navigation.

  2. Open User Dashboard:

    • Click on the User Dashboard.

  3. Access Follow-Up Task:

    • Click on the Follow-Up Task tab.

Adding a Follow-Up

Before data appears in the Follow-Up Dashboard, follow-up tasks must be added.


Understanding Follow-Up Categories

The Follow-Up Dashboard is categorized into five distinct sections to help you prioritize and manage your tasks effectively.

  • Today's Follow-Up
    • Overview: Displays follow-ups that you have worked on and updated today.
    • Purpose: Ensures you stay informed about tasks that require immediate action.
  • Upcoming Follow-Up
    • Overview: Lists follow-ups scheduled for future interactions.
    • Purpose: Allows you to easily identify and prioritize upcoming tasks.
    • Editing Options: You can modify and reschedule any upcoming follow-up based on changing circumstances.
  • Overdue Follow-Up
    • Overview: Displays follow-ups whose due dates have already passed.
    • Purpose: Helps you identify missed tasks and take corrective action.
  • Completed Follow-Up
    • Overview: Shows all completed and marked follow-ups.
    • Purpose: Provides a record of successfully addressed follow-up actions.
  • All Follow-Ups
    • Overview: Consolidates data from the above four categories.
    • Purpose: Provides a comprehensive view of all completed, upcoming, overdue, and modified follow-ups.

Using Filters in Follow-Up Dashboard

The Follow-Up Dashboard offers filtering options to narrow down data based on specific criteria.

How to Apply Filters:
  1. Click on the Funnel Icon:

    • Located at the top-right corner of the Follow-Up Dashboard.

  2. Set Filters:

    • Filter data based on:

      • Owner/Teams: View follow-ups by individual owners or teams.

      • Follow-Up Status: Filter by completed, overdue, or upcoming follow-ups.

      • Lead Stage: Filter follow-ups based on lead stage.

  3. Click Apply:

    • Apply the selected filters to view relevant data.


InfoPro Tip: Filtered data can be downloaded in CSV format for offline analysis and reporting.
