Notes
Note: You must have permissions to access and modify Campaign Settings.

Offline Source Tag Configurations

  1. Navigate to Settings icon  on the top right corner of the Meritto portal.
  2. Click on ‘CRM’ in the left menu.
  3. Move to the ‘Campaign Settings’ tab in the CRM window.
  4. Offline Tags: Configure the below settings to create Tracking tags for Offline uploaded leads. In the Offline Tags settings, enable or disable Custom Campaign as per your requirement.
    1. Custom Campaign enabled: The system allows you to add custom Source, Medium, and Campaign Tags during lead uploads. When enabled, you must select values from the pre-configured options. Tags can be configured in two ways:
      1. Independent Tags: You can select any Source, Medium, and Campaign independently. No restrictions exist between the selections, allowing flexibility in lead categorization.
      2. Dependent Tags: The Medium options are filtered based on the selected Source. The Campaign options are filtered based on the selected Medium. This ensures structured mapping and prevents incorrect tag associations. Once configured, all added Sources, Mediums, and Campaigns will be available as dropdown options in Add Quick Lead, allowing selection during lead creation.
    2. Custom Campaign disabled: Leads can be added without predefined tags or with free-text entries.
  5. Tracking Settings: Configure the  settings to set your Tracking preferences.
  1. Make Lead Source Mandatory for offline upload: You can enable the Lead Source Mandatory setting to ensure that all counselors provide complete campaign details when uploading offline leads. This helps in maintaining accurate lead tracking and reporting.
    1. Source: If enabled, Counselors must select a source while uploading a lead.
    2. Medium: If enabled, Counselors must specify the medium associated with the lead source.
    3. Campaign: A campaign name must be added for tracking purposes.
    1. User Level Campaign Configuration: The User-Level Campaign Configuration setting allows you to define Source, Medium, and Campaign at the user level for Add Quick Lead, ensuring standardized lead tracking across users. Toggle Enable User Level Configuration to activate this setting. Once enabled, the system will allow defining campaign details at the user level.
