1. Accessing Telephony Data in Report Builder

  1. Log in to your Meritto account.

  2. Navigate to Reports and Analytics > Report Builder.

  3. Click on the Create button.

  4. Select the Lead/Telephony option from the available report types.

InfoYou will now be redirected to the Report Builder with access to both Lead and Telephony fields.

2. Building Custom Metrics on Telephony Data

  1. In the Metrics section, click on the Create button.

  2. Select the relevant Telephony fields you want to analyze.

  3. Apply filters if needed.

  4. Name the custom metric.

  5. Click Create  to include the metric in the report.

InfoYour custom metric is now ready to use in your telephony report.

3. Adding Telephony Fields in Rows and Columns

  1. Click on the Add option under the Rows or Columns section.

  2. Select the required Telephony fields from the pop-up.

  3. Click Apply to include them in your report.
