We are excited to announce that we have launched some new features that make the task of capturing lead details from Facebook Lead forms efficient and easier. This helps the user to design better customised forms that can be easily mapped with Meritto CRM for lead generation making it highly effective and efficient.
While configuring Facebook Lead Ad setup on Meritto, the user needs to map the Lead Ad fields to the Meritto’s Registration fields. This helps to populate respective lead details on CRM after being filled on Facebook against the corresponding lead ad fields. Yet, for a conditional question configured on Facebook Lead ad, the user could not map the conditional (dependent) fields against the corresponding Master Data fields on Meritto CRM.
Now, the user can easily map conditional logic fields easily with the corresponding Meritto fields that allow for multi-dependent data capture for the Leads. To know more about how to map the fields, refer to the article here.
Facebook Lead forms provide a dynamic way to capture leads from campaigns as configured by the client/user. This requires that the user is able to track each and every lead that is generated from each campaign in the CRM. Currently, the user can configure Source/Medium/Campaign for a Lead form against a single campaign. If a single form is used across multiple campaigns, the user has to create multiple forms for different campaigns - leading to increased manual effort and time.
To make this efficient, we have introduced auto-capture of Medium/Campaign details whereby the user will automatically get updated details of the campaign and medium for the lead against the single lead form. For example, if a Lead Ad form - A - is being used across Campaign C1 and Campaign C2, then the Source/Medium/Campaign will be automatically updated as Facebook/A/C1 or Facebook/A/C2 as per which campaign was the lead filling the form from.
Facebook Lead Ad provides for customised fields with myriad input formats. This allows it to handle different inputs against a single field depending on the lead’s requirements. With our recent upgrade, we are now allowing automatic handling of lead details containing special characters (Dependent fields in Facebook Lead Ad form) which are mapped against corresponding Master Data fields in the Meritto portal. This helps users to have dependent fields for multi and special input capture that can be easily mapped without any error that may result in lead data loss while populating details in Lead Manager.
