How To Create Admin Fields?

Introduction

Admin fields are customizable data points that help administrators collect and manage important information efficiently. They enable tracking user preferences, recording essential metadata, and streamlining workflows. Mastering admin field creation gives users the power to customize their systems to meet their exact needs.

How To Create Admin Fields?


  • Navigate to Application Manager.
  • Select "Create Admin Fields."
  • Specify Field Name, Label, and Type.
  • Declare Fields’ Attributes.
  • Proceed to Post Application.
  • Navigate to Workflow Automation.
  • Establish Automation Workflow for Scoring or Post Application.
  • Configure Logic based on requirements.


Notes

Note: Admin Fields created will be visible in Application Manager.

Once you have created the required admin fields, and it has been configured in the workflow, you can navigate to application manager, you can navigate to customize column (present in the right top corner). In the customize column box, you can search for all the admin fields and search for the specific admin field you wish to view. Once you click on Add column, you can view the selected admin fields in your application view.
