To use this feature, ensure that:
The Opportunity module and Telephony are enabled for your institution.
Users have the necessary Telephony permissions and Opportunity module access.
Telephony Inbound Calling is properly configured for relevant users.
Lead and Opportunity Call Popup permission is enabled under Inbound Call Config in Telephony.
Log in to the Meritto portal using your credentials.
When an Inbound Call is received, a Call Details form appears on the screen.
Select the relevant lead from the notification.
If an existing Opportunity is linked to the lead, it will be displayed in the Opportunity Details form.
To view details, click on the Opportunity.
If a new Opportunity needs to be created:
Click on the Create button.
A Create Opportunity form will appear.
Select the appropriate Opportunity from the dropdown list.
Fill in the required details in the Opportunity fields.
Click Add to save and create the Opportunity.
A success message will confirm the Opportunity creation.
The system will automatically navigate to the Opportunity profile, displaying all relevant details.
The timeline will be updated with the Inbound Call timestamp and the newly created Opportunity.
Users will get the option to create opportunities in the opportunity list as per permission-based.
If an Opportunity is created by a user with the help of an Inbound Call Pop-Up, then an opportunity will be assigned automatically to the user.
While selecting the Opportunity from the dropdown list, only the “Active” opportunity will be shown in the list.
