Navigate to Template Manager > Manage Communication Templates.
Click on Create Template at the top-right corner of the page.
Select Email as the template type.
Enter Template Name – Assign a relevant name for easy identification.
Select Template Applicable For – Choose where the template will be used (e.g., Leads, Applications). Note: This field is non-editable once selected.
Choose Promotional or Transactional – If the template is for marketing automation, select Promotional.
Enter Email Subject – Provide a subject line for the email.
Attach Files (Optional) – Click Choose Files to upload attachments (Maximum total size: 5MB).
Select Users – Assign users who can access and edit the template.
Note: Ensure you have added yourself/appropriate users to prevent access restrictions.
Click on Save and Next to proceed.
Choose a layout from the available options or Create from Scratch.

Text Blocks

Videos
Buttons
Dividers
Headings
Tokens (For personalized content)
Customize the template according to your requirements.
Right-click on the image where you want to insert a link.
Select Image Properties – A pop-up will appear.
Click on Link and paste the target URL into the URL text box.
Use the Target dropdown to select whether the link opens in the same tab or a new tab.
Click on Save and Preview to review the template.
If satisfied with the design, click Publish to finalize the template.
Once the Template Applicable For field is selected, it cannot be modified.
Ensure all necessary users are assigned access to the template.
Use tokens to personalize content dynamically.
Attachments should not exceed 5MB in total size.
