This article helps you send and automate email communications for opportunities in Meritto. You can nurture leads via quick one-to-one emails, email campaigns, or automated journeys—directly from the Opportunity List or Opportunity Profile pages. This release enhances our opportunity module by adding a new nurturing channel.
Ensure that Opportunity Module access is enabled for your entity
You can create opportunity-level tokens by selecting the "Opportunity" template.

Go to Opportunity > Opportunity List
Locate the opportunity and hover over the Action button
Click Communicate
Fill in the details:
Campaign Type
Campaign Name
From, To, and Subject
Draft your message or use a predefined Email Template
Click Send
Click on the Opportunity Name to open the profile
Hover over the Email button
Enter email details and send as needed
In the email editor, click CC or BCC next to the To address
Enter lead email addresses in the CC or BCC field.
Click the tooltip to view conditions.
⚠️ Each email is sent individually to all TO, CC, and BCC recipients, deducting credits per email.
⚠️ Duplicate entries aren't allowed in CC/BCC, with a maximum of three recipients each.
✅ Personalization applies to CC & BCC if multiple recipients are added.
In bulk email campaigns, locate the Schedule option
Select your preferred date and time
Click Schedule Now
✅ Scheduled emails can be viewed under Manage Communication Logs
Navigate to Marketing > Manage Automation
Click Create Automation or open an existing flow
Add an Email node using the Settings button
Choose the appropriate Email Template
Click Submit
✅ On the Communication Logs Detailed Report page, you can view reports for One-to-One, Campaign, and Automated Emails.
By following the steps above, you can effectively nurture your opportunities through targeted email communication—manual or automated. This helps keep your engagement timely, personal, and relevant.
