Follow these steps to enable CAPTCHA on widgets in Meritto CRM:
Navigate to Manage Website Widgets:
Go to Template Manager > Manage Website Widgets.
Alternatively, Click on the magnifying glass icon at the top-left corner of your Meritto CRM dashboard and search for Manage Website Widgets and select it.
Edit the Widget:
On the Manage Website Widgets page, locate the widget you want to modify.
Click the gear icon next to the widget and select Edit from the dropdown menu.
Enable CAPTCHA:
On the Edit Widget page, click Save & Next.
Scroll down and enable the CAPTCHA option.
Click Save & Next again to proceed.
Publish the Updated Widget:
On the next page, click Publish and Get Code.
Click Exit to finalize the changes.
Ensure you have the necessary administrative permissions before making changes.
If CAPTCHA is not appearing after enabling it, verify that the widget has been properly published.
