How to Update Campaign Data in Lead Manager?

Step-by-Step Guide to Update Campaign Data
- You can go to the Lead Manager and access the Manage Leads section.
- Use the relevant filters in the Leads Manager to filter out the leads that need to update.
- For example, if you want to change the source of leads whose origin is offline and the current source is "test," apply the following filters:
- Lead Origin > Equals > Offline
- Campaign Source > Equals > Test
- Ensure that lead origin is selected at least one time
- After applying the filters, review the list of leads that meet your criteria. Select the leads you want to update by clicking on the check box.
- Then, click on the three dots near the import button and choose “ Update campaign data “ from the dropdown menu.

- A popup named "Bulk Update Campaign Data" will appear. In this popup, map the source, medium, and campaign name fields that need to be updated.

- After mapping the necessary fields, click the save button to update the campaign data for the selected leads.

Note: To know the source, medium, campaign of leads from the lead manager, you can go to the lead manager and under the customise column, search for primary campaign column. The column will give source, medium, campaign together as one entry.
Important Limitation
It's important to note that only 100 leads can be updated at a time using this method. If you need to update more leads, you will need to repeat the process in batches of 100.
