Latest Campaign: Addition to campaign tracking

Latest Campaign: Addition to campaign tracking

Introduction

In our ongoing effort to enhance campaign tracking capabilities, we're excited to introduce the Latest Campaign feature. This addition expands upon the existing Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary campaign framework, providing users with even greater insight into lead acquisition.

Why It Matters?

Efficient campaign tracking is vital for businesses to understand the effectiveness of their marketing efforts. By identifying the latest campaign through which a lead registers or re-registers, organizations can make more informed decisions about resource allocation and strategy refinement.

How does it Work?

  • You can now access the latest campaign information through specific columns in your lead manager:
    • Lead Origin (Latest)
    • Latest Traffic Channel
    • Latest Registration Campaign
    • Latest Registration Date

Filtering leads based on the latest campaign is simple. Just use the "Campaign Instance" filter and select "Latest campaign" as the value.

Example Scenario

Imagine a scenario where a lead interacts with multiple campaigns over time. With the Latest Campaign feature, you can easily pinpoint which campaign ultimately led to their registration, allowing for more targeted analysis.

Let say you want to run an automation for primary/secondary and tertiary instance, you can use below triggers as needed:

Primary: Lead Registration

Secondary: Secondary Registration Date /  Secondary Registration Channel

Tertiary:  Tertiary Registration Date / Tertiary Registration Channel

Filters (Logic nodes): If you want logic for the Traffic channel, publisher and source/medium/campaign, follow the below convention.
