Required Permissions:
Manage Master Data – To create, modify, and update master data values.
Associate Master Data – To link master data to different forms and modules.
Download Master Data – To export master data for record-keeping.

When you ask applicants to enter their Permanent Address, the data (Address, Country, State, and City) can be defined as Master Data and linked to different forms—Account Creation, Application Forms, etc. This ensures consistency and accuracy in data collection.

Renaming or modifying course names (e.g., B.Tech Computer Science to B.Tech CSE).
Enabling or closing application submissions for specific courses.
Launching a new course and associating it with relevant forms.
Key Capabilities:
Create & Define Values: Add new values (e.g., B.Tech, MBA, Ph.D.) under Master Data.
Activate/Deactivate Master Data: Enable or disable specific master data or its values.
Associate Master Data: Link master data with multiple forms (Enquiry, Registration, Application, etc.).
Show/Hide Master Data: Control visibility of master data and its values for different modules.
Rename Master Data Values: Update names for existing data points as needed.
Bulk Data Addition: Add multiple values under master data efficiently.
