How to Set Up Facebook Custom Audience in Meritto
Follow these steps to connect and synchronize your Facebook account with Meritto.
Step 1: Connect Meritto with Facebook
- Navigate to Settings → Extensions in your Meritto account.
- Click on Ads Integration.
- Locate Facebook Custom Audience and click to proceed.
- Click on Connect with Facebook.
- Log in with your Facebook credentials and select Keep me logged in to Meritto.
- Click Continue as {your profile name}.
- Select the Facebook Page you want to integrate and click Next.
- Grant all the required permissions and click Done.
- Click OK to confirm the integration.
Step 2: Synchronize Facebook with Meritto
- Click on the Sync icon to synchronize your Facebook account with Meritto.
- Once synchronization is complete, click on Add Accounts.
- Select your Business Account ID and click Save.
- Confirm the required access permissions by clicking Yes.
Step 3 : Send Leads Data to Facebook
After successfully connecting the Facebook Custom Audience (Retargeting) connector and creating a list, you will then have to push lead details to this list. Once the list is populated, you will then have to sync your lead data to your Facebook Ads audience list-
- Navigate to Manage Leads.
- Apply the filters and select the bulk leads that you want to push, click on the three dots icon, and click ‘Send to Facebook’.
- On the Facebook Custom Audience pop-up, select the Facebook Ad account, and the Custom Audience List that you created.
- If you want to set up a recurring push, enable the ‘Recurring Push’ toggle and configure the frequency and dates of the push.
- Click on ‘Save’. On the confirmation pop-up, click Yes. You will receive a message stating your request has been submitted successfully.
Step 4: View Reports
To view the Facebook Custom Audience Connector’s reports, navigate to Extension>Facebook Custom Audience, and click on the Gear icon in front of the Audience List and click on ‘View Push Logs’.
Under View Push Logs, you can view the counts of the leads that have been pushed from Meritto to your Facebook Ads account.
