The My Workspace feature in the Meritto Mobile App enables you to manage, analyze, and interact with personalized dashboards and reports effortlessly. While previously accessible only through the web, this feature now empowers you to navigate through reports and analytics on your mobile devices, enhancing convenience and productivity.
Access to Reports & Analytics.
Permissions Required:
View Workspace: To access dashboards and reports.
Manage Dashboards/Reports: To modify and share dashboards.
Prerequisite: Latest version of the Meritto Mobile App.
Navigation: Upon logging in, you will see the "Reports & Analytics" menu in the main navigation.
My Workspace Hub: Clicking on "Reports & Analytics" reveals the "My Workspace" option, redirecting you to a central hub where you can access all system default and custom dashboards.
Key Benefit: Centralized access to all dashboards and reports in one location.On the My Workspace page, you can explore dashboards under three tabs:
All: Displays a list of all system default and custom dashboards.
Starred: Lists dashboards marked as favorites for quick access.
Recent: Displays the most recently accessed dashboards.
All display a comprehensive list of accessible dashboards, including both default and custom dashboards. Each dashboard card showcases essential information such as the dashboard name, report count, and type (Default or Custom). Custom Dashboards are the ones that have been created using report builder.
Key Benefit: Easy navigation with categorized tabs for quick access.Dashboards can be marked as favorites by clicking the star icon on the dashboard card.
Favorited dashboards appear under the Starred tab, which opens by default if at least one dashboard is marked as favorite.
To remove a dashboard from favorites, click the star icon again.
Key Benefit: Quick access to frequently used dashboards.The Recent tab dynamically updates with the latest dashboards visited by you.
This list resets upon logging out.
Key Benefit: Easy recall of recently viewed dashboards.Search Icon: Located at the top-right corner of the My Workspace page.
Search Options:
Reports Tab: Searches only within reports.
Dashboards Tab: Searches only within dashboards.
Search Trigger: The search initiates automatically once you type three characters.
If you click on a searched report then you will be taken to the dashboard and that report will be filtered out. If you remove that filter then all the reports in that dashboard will be visible.
Clicking on a searched dashboard takes you to it, displaying all associated reports.
Key Benefit: Effortless report and dashboard retrieval through intelligent search.When a dashboard is opened, you can interact with individual reports through the following actions:
Tilt Screen: Switch to landscape mode for an enhanced view.This feature maximizes screen space for in-depth analysis.
Filters: Apply filters to refine report data.If a filter is applied while creating a report in the report builder, a filter icon will appear next to the report. Clicking the icon opens a page displaying the selected filters, allowing you to modify their values as needed.
Download Report: Export reports in PDF, image, or Excel format (depending on report type).
Remove Report: Remove a report from a dashboard (syncs with web changes).
Key Benefit: Full control over report customization and management.Add/Remove Dashboards from Favorites: Click the three-dot menu on a dashboard and select Add to Favorites or Remove from Favorites.
Switching Dashboards: Use the "Switch Dashboard" icon to navigate between multiple dashboards quickly.
Share Dashboards: Share dashboards in PDF format with other users via various apps.
Add Reports to Dashboard: You can:
View all reports within a dashboard.
Sort report order using hold-tap and drag.
Add new reports created on the web.
Remove unwanted reports.
