The Student Ledger in Collexo provides you with a centralized view of all students, total payments, paid amounts, and remaining balances for all applicable fees. This feature helps you to visualize your collections efficiently and manage student payments with ease.

Note:
This feature will only work if the student data is uploaded to Collexo.
Fees for NPF(Token Fees), ERP and Payments links will not be allocated to the student data.
View all students and their total payments, paid amounts, and outstanding dues.
Apply filters based on fee type and payment status.
Track and manage student payment records in one place.
Allocate Fees to Student Data
Navigate to Fee-Connect.
Click on the Action button for a specific fee.
Select Allocate Fees.
Confirm the allocation by clicking Submit.
Monitor Fee Allocation Status
Go to Student Data > Fee Allocation.
Check the status of the fee allocation process.
Student Ledger Data Population
Once fees are allocated, the student payment details will appear in the Student Ledger.
Send Payment Reminders: Notify students about pending dues.
Communicate with Students: Engage with students regarding their payment status.
Download Payment Data: Extract detailed reports for analysis.
