As part of your Google Ads campaigns, you can attach a Lead Form extension to generate leads directly from your ads. These forms allow users to express interest by submitting details like name, phone number, or email—without leaving the ad interface.
When a user clicks your ad, the lead form appears. After submitting the form:
You collect their details instantly.
Leads are sent in real time to Meritto using a Webhook connection.
In Video campaigns, you can also choose between:
Higher Intent: Optimized for quality leads.
More Volume: Optimized for reach.
🔒 Note: Once the form is live, field edits are not allowed. To change fields, create a new form.

Google Lead Ad integration allows us to capture leads on a real-time basis in Meritto. The most beneficial thing after integration is that all your leads will be centralized and can be nurtured on a real-time basis.
A valid Google Ads account with Lead Form access
A created Lead Form extension
Webhook URL (from Meritto)
Webhook Key (from Meritto)
Navigate to Settings > Extensions.
Go to Ads Integration > Google Lead Ad and click View Details.
You can now view the Webhook URL and Webhook Key. You will have to copy and paste these details on the Google Lead Ad Form.
Log in to your Google Ads account.
In the Campaigns section, click the + (plus) button and select New Campaign.
Choose Leads as your goal.
Select Search, Video, or Discovery as the Campaign Type and click Continue.
Set up your campaign settings.
Under Ad extensions, select Lead form extension.
Click Create lead form extension and enter the required details.
Under Webhook Integration (optional), paste the Webhook URL and Webhook Key from Meritto.
Click Send Test Data to verify if Meritto’s CRM receives the data correctly.
Save the Lead Form extension.
Log in to your Google Ads account.
Go to Ads & Extensions > Extensions.
Locate the existing Lead Form Extension and click the Edit (Pencil Icon).
Under Webhook Integration (optional), enter the Webhook URL and Webhook Key from Meritto.
Click Send Test Data to verify the integration.
Save the updated Lead Form extension.
