Overview

Collexo introduces a flexible fee collection process with Free Submission and Open Amount features. These options enhance transaction tracking by allowing applicants to submit zero-amount transactions or enter custom payment amounts. This feature ensures centralized transaction management, whether payments are fixed, zero, or user-defined.

Core Functionalities

Free Submission

  • Allows applicants to submit a zero-amount transaction on the checkout page.

  • Helps you track all transactions (including zero-amount submissions) in backend reports.

  • Centralizes financial records by logging all submissions in Track Payments and NPF - Purchase Summary.

Open Amount

  • Enables customers to enter a custom amount on the checkout page.

  • Allows applicants to make payments based on their specific amount requirements.

  • Supports two payment modes:

    • One-Time Payment: You can enter an amount and pay it in a single transaction.
