Application Stages and Sub-Stages Configuration helps streamline applicant tracking by defining structured progress stages.

This ensures a seamless applicant tracking experience while enhancing workflow efficiency.
Ensure that you have the required permissions to configure application stages:
Account-Level Permission: Access to "Application Stages" must be enabled.
User-Level Permission: Users must have the necessary access to modify and configure stages.
Go to Settings from the side menu.
Select Post Application Settings.
Click on Application Stages.
Click on the Create Application Stages button at the bottom of the page.
On Clicking on this button the required fields open up which can be customized according to the requirements and the values can be configured.
Enter a Template Name to easily identify the stage configuration.
Select the Forms to apply the configuration across multiple forms.
Click Save to create the application stage.
Click Add New Stage at the bottom of the configuration page.
Enter the name of the stage. If an existing stage is available, select it from the dropdown; otherwise, create a new stage.
Click Save to finalize the stage.
Click Add New Sub-Stage under the respective Application Stage.
Enter the Sub-Stage name. If an existing sub-stage is available, select it; otherwise, create a new one.
Click Save to apply the changes.
Click the Edit button next to the stage or sub-stage name.
Modify the name as needed.
Click the Tick (✔) button to save changes.
Changes will be updated for all applicants assigned to that stage.
To make follow-up mandatory when a stage is changed, select Yes from the dropdown beside the stage name.
Enable Sub-Stage Required by selecting Yes from the dropdown under the sub-stage column.
Toggle the Enable/Disable button next to the stage or sub-stage.
When you feel that an Application stage is no longer useful you can disable it by clicking on the toggle available next to the Application stage.
Disabled stages will be removed from assignment options but will still be available in filters.
The Drag and Drop is enabled by holding the Hamburger Menu available before Each Application stage Block.
The order set here will reflect throughout the system.
You can restrict actions based on application stages:
Stage Cannot Be Changed: Prevents selected users from modifying the stage.
Stage Can Only Be Changed By: Allows only specified users to update the stage.
Stage Cannot Be Marked Down: Prevents moving an applicant to a lower stage.
Follow-Up Cannot Be Changed: Restricts follow-up modifications.
Remarks Cannot Be Added: Prevents adding new remarks.
Communication Cannot Be Sent: Blocks communication to applicants at a specific stage.
Remark is Mandatory: Requires a remark when marking a stage.
To configure multiple conditions, click Add More Conditions at the bottom of the conditions page.
Application stages are customizable and reusable across multiple forms.
Disabled stages remain in filters but cannot be assigned.
