Recording Offline Token Fee Payments in Meritto helps centralize payment-related data for better tracking and management.
Manual Payment Entry: Mark payments as offline when needed.
Centralized Record-Keeping: Maintain all payment details within the platform.
Flexible Payment Tracking: Supports both online and offline payment records.
This ensures accurate financial tracking and seamless payment management within the system.
Go to Payment Manager > Purchase Summary from the left navigation bar.
Click on the Filter option on the top-right corner of the page and a Filter By form will open.
Select the Form (e.g., UG Application Form, PG Application Form, MBA Application Form, etc.).
Choose the Fee Type (e.g., Token Fee, Hostel Fee, First Installment Fee, etc.).
Set Payment Status to Payment Pending.
Click on Apply button.
Once filtered, locate the applicant whose payment needs to be marked offline.
Click on the option ‘Mark Offline Payment’.
In Search by ‘Application No’, please select the form name and search using the application number.
Select the Fee type.
Verify the Application Number and Token Fee details.
Enter any additional remarks if necessary.
Click Mark as Payment Approved to finalize the entry.
Offline payments cannot be marked in bulk. Each payment must be recorded individually by searching for the applicant via Email or Mobile Number.
Payments can be marked as approved for applicants who have not initiated payment by searching using their Application Number.
