Multiple Ways to Send WhatsApp Chat

For Leads

  1. Lead Listing: In the Navigation Menu, click on Leads. On the Leads page, tap the three-dot icon (⋮) next to a lead and select Send WhatsApp.
  2. Lead Profile: In the Navigation Menu, click on Leads. On the Leads page, click on a lead to open the Lead Profile and tap the WhatsApp button.

For Applications

  1. Application Listing: In the Navigation Menu, click on More and select Applications. On the Applications page, tap the three-dot icon (⋮) next to an application and select Send WhatsApp.
  2. Applicant Profile: In the Navigation Menu, click on More and select Applications. On the Applications page, click on an application to open the Applicant Profile and tap the WhatsApp button.

For Opportunities

  1. Opportunity Listing: In the Navigation Menu, click on More and select Opportunity List. Select the Opportunity List where the opportunity is located. On the Opportunity page, tap the three-dot icon (⋮) next to an opportunity and select Send WhatsApp.
  2. Opportunity Profile: In the Navigation Menu, click on More and select Opportunity List. Select the Opportunity List where the opportunity is located. On the Opportunity page, click on an opportunity to open the Opportunity Profile and tap the WhatsApp button.

Step-by-Step Instructions

WhatsApp Chat

Step 1: In the Send To field, the recipient will be pre-selected.
  1. For Leads, the recipient will be the different phone numbers available.
  2. For Applications, you can select from the different phone numbers available in the application form.
  3. For Opportunities, the recipient will be the Registered Opportunity.
Step 2: Select a template from the list. These templates are created on the web under Manage Communication Templates. You can also send a custom message by typing in the Message Box and by choosing from the available tokens. The messages will be sent using WhatsApp Application in your mobile phone.

Step 3: Tap Send Now. The message will be sent immediately.


Points to Keep in Mind

  1. Templates are pre-configured messages that are created on the web under Manage Communication Templates. For WhatsApp Chat, templates are available for use immediately after creation.
  2. You have the flexibility to send a custom message by typing in the message box, or by choosing from available tokens.
  3. All messages sent via this feature are sent immediately upon tapping Send Now; there is no option to schedule or send a test message.
