2. Locate the Scheduled Communication

  1. Identify the communication job you wish to stop.

  2. Each job has a Job ID and an⚙️ Action button next to it.

3. Stop the Scheduled Communication

  1. Click on the Action button (⚙️) next to the specific Job ID.

  2. From the dropdown menu, select Close.

  3. This will stop the scheduled communication from being triggered.
