Reminders in Calendar Pro play a crucial role in ensuring timely follow-ups and effective event management. You can configure two types of reminders—Email and Zing—to receive notifications before an event's start time. These reminders help you stay on track, meet deadlines, and never miss important follow-ups. With customizable settings, reminders can be tailored to individual needs, making them a powerful tool for productivity.

• Permissions Required:

• Access to Calendar Pro Events to create or edit events.

• Zing Integration must be enabled for accounts using Zing reminders.

Core Functionalities

Creating or Editing an Event

1. Navigate to the Calendar Pro Events page.

2. Click on Create Event or select an existing event to edit.

Configuring Email Reminders

1. In the event settings, locate the Reminder Settings section.

2. Toggle on Email Reminder.

3. Select the From email address from the dropdown list.

4. Choose an appropriate email template for the reminder.

Configuring Zing Reminders

1. Toggle on Zing Reminder to enable in-app notifications.

2. No additional setup is required—Zing will automatically send alerts at the specified time.

Setting Reminder Timing

• You can set reminders to trigger before the event starts at intervals of:

• 5 minutes

• 10 minutes

• 15 minutes

• 30 minutes

• 60 minutes

• Ensure the reminder is set at least 3 minutes ahead of the current time to ensure proper delivery.

Saving Reminder Settings

1. Click Save after configuring your reminders.

2. You will receive notifications at the designated time before your event.
