This article will guide you through the process of using the Scorecard in Meritto to evaluate candidates effectively. By following these steps, you will be able to:
Access and manage the Scorecard.
View candidate evaluation details.
Assign and submit scores for candidates.
Navigate to Post Application in the menu, click on Scorecard in the submenu, and then select Manage Scorecard. (
Alternatively, use the menu search to find and click on Manage Scorecard. Once on the Manage Scorecard page:
You will see a list of all scorecards.
Under each scorecard, you can view the list of all candidates and their interview/evaluation details.
Use the filters to refine the view (Pending or Completed Interviews, Date Range)
Select the Scorecard Name for the candidates you need to evaluate.
The Evaluator’s View will display the following details:
Applicant Name
Application Number
Evaluation Form
Tentative Evaluation Date
Date of Evaluation
Evaluator Name
Status
Meeting Invite (if applicable)
Scoring Parameters
Use the search option to filter candidates by Application Number, Applicant Name, or Email.
Click on the Application Number of the candidate you wish to evaluate.
The Scorecard will open, displaying the evaluation criteria.
Assign scores based on the predefined parameters.
Once the evaluation is complete, click the Submit button.
Once scores are submitted, the Candidate Evaluation Page will update the status to Evaluated.
You can track and review all completed evaluations from the Scorecard interface.
Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access and manage the Scorecard.
Use the search feature to quickly find candidates within the Scorecard.
Once submitted, evaluations may not be editable. Verify scores before submission.
