Step-by-Step Guide to Revert Evaluated Data in Scorecard
Access the Manage Scorecard Section
Navigate to Post Application > Scorecard.
Click on Manage Scorecard.
A list of all created Scorecards will be displayed.
Select the Scorecard
Locate the Scorecard associated with the applicant whose evaluation needs to be reverted.
Click on the Scorecard Name to open it.
Filter Evaluated Data
Click the
Filter button at the top-right corner.
A pop-up Filter form will appear. Select:
Evaluator Name (whose evaluation needs to be reverted).
Evaluation Status: Evaluated.

Click
Apply to filter results.
Revert the Evaluation Data
From the filtered list, locate the required applicant.
Click on the
Action Button on the right side of the applicant. Select Revert Evaluation Data from the dropdown menu.
A dialog box will appear: "Are you sure you want to revert the evaluation for the selected application?"

Click
Yes to confirm.
Points to Keep in Mind
Once reverted, the evaluation data will be reset, and a fresh evaluation will need to be performed.
Only evaluators with the necessary permissions can revert the evaluation data.
