Navigate to Marketing > Communication Performance in Meritto CRM.
The Manage Communication Logs page will open, displaying triggered communications.
Click on the Filter option at the top-right corner of the screen.
Apply relevant filters based on:
Institution: View communication logs specific to your institution.
Job ID: Filter based on specific communication jobs.
Communication Type: Choose between Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
At the top of the logs table, locate the icons labeled:
