How to Delete a Single Application?
Navigate to Application Manager:
Go to Application Manager > Manage Applications.
Selecting a Form:
Click on the Form Name at the top-left corner of the page, whose applications you want to filter.
Locate the application you wish to delete and click on the checkbox present to the left of the application .
Click on the Action Button on the right side of the application and select Delete.
A Delete Application form will appear. Type ‘Delete 1 Record’ exactly as shown in instructions .
Press Delete to proceed.
A dialog box will appear asking for final confirmation. Click Yes to confirm.

Press Delete to proceed.
A dialog box will appear asking for final confirmation. Click Yes to confirm.
