Step-by-Step Guide to delete applications

How to Delete a Single Application?

  1. Navigate to Application Manager:

    1. Go to Application Manager > Manage Applications.

  2. Selecting a Form:

    1. Click on the Form Name at the top-left corner of the page, whose applications you want to filter.

  3. Locate the application you wish to delete and click on the checkbox present to the left of the application .

  4. Click on the Action Button on the right side of the application and select Delete.

  1. A Delete Application form will appear. Type ‘Delete 1 Record’ exactly as shown in instructions .

  1. Press Delete to proceed.

  2. A dialog box will appear asking for final confirmation. Click Yes to confirm.

InfoResult: The selected application will be permanently deleted from the system.

How to Delete Applications in Bulk?

  1. Navigate to Application Manager:

    1. Go to Application Manager > Manage Applications.

  2. Selecting a Form:

    1. Click on the Form Name at the top-left corner of the page, whose applications you want to filter.

  3. Select the number of applications you want to delete by clicking  on the checkbox present to the left of the applications.

  4. Click on the Action Button at the top right and select Delete.

  1. A Delete Application form will appear. Type ‘Delete x Records’ exactly as shown in instructions (where ‘x’ is the number of applications selected).

  2. Press Delete to proceed.

  1. A dialog box will appear asking for final confirmation. Click Yes to confirm.

  • Copy-Pasting the Confirmation Text: You cannot copy and paste the ‘Delete x Records’ command; it must be manually typed.
