Deleting Events in Calendar Pro allows users to remove Event Config, Event Fields, and Events that are no longer needed.
Event Config Removal: Delete unnecessary event configurations.
Field Cleanup: Remove event fields no longer in use.
Event Deletion: Clear outdated events from the calendar.
This ensures a well-organized and clutter-free event management system.
You must have the necessary permissions to delete Event Config, Event Fields, or Events.
Event Config can only be deleted if there are no existing events associated with it.
Event Fields can only be deleted if they are not enabled in any Event Config.
Note: An Event Config can only be deleted if no events are associated with it.Events are scheduled interactions between a lead and an owner. To delete an Event:
Go to the Calendar Pro >Events page.
Locate the event(s) you wish to delete.
Select the events individually or in bulk using the checkboxes.
Click on the Action button.
Choose Delete.
Event Fields are specific data fields used within an Event Config. To delete an Event Field:
Navigate to the Calendar Pro >Event Config page.
Go to the Fields tab.
Locate the Event Field you wish to delete.
Click on the Action button.
Select Delete.
Note: Event Fields can only be deleted if they are not currently enabled in any Event Config.Ensure that no active events are associated with an Event Config before attempting deletion.
If you encounter issues deleting an Event Field, check if it is being used in any Event Config.
Bulk deletion is available for Events but not for Event Configs or Event Fields.
