In-App Calling Configuration enables seamless communication within Meritto’s platform by setting up the necessary permissions and settings. These permissions have to be enabled on the Meritto’s CRM platform.
Enable Calling: Activate the feature for streamlined in-platform communication.
Configure Permissions: Ensure proper access control for users.
Optimize Settings: Adjust configurations for efficient call management.
This ensures smooth and hassle-free communication within the system.
To enable In-App Calling, ensure you have the following permissions:
Access to Form Desk > Manage Account.
Permission to modify Package Selection.
Access to Configurations for enabling call logging settings.
User Access Control permissions for managing institute-level access.
Access to the Mobile App.
Go to Form Desk > Manage Account.
Search for the organization where you need to enable In-App Calling.
Click on the Action button (three-dot icon) next to the selected account.
Select View Details from the dropdown menu, which will load the page.
Go to Package Selection on the top right corner of the screen and enable Mobile App Click to Call.
Click Save to confirm the selection.
Navigate to Configurations (Gear icon) on top right corner of the screen.
Select the Institute from top-left corner of the screen where you want to enable the In-App Calling feature.
Under Mobile Application Settings, enable all required settings related to In-App Call Logging.
Go to User Access Control > Manage Permissions.
Select the organization and navigate to the following modules:
Lead Nurturing / Counsellor Module → Enable View Telephony Activity Log on Profile.
Mobile App → Enable Call Button and Call Tracking.
Settings → Enable View App Call Log permissions.
Ensure that all required permissions are granted to users who need access to In-App Calling.
The feature will only be available once all configurations and settings are correctly applied.
If you encounter any issues, verify that the correct organization is selected before making changes.
