Once a publisher is enabled, the Reference Master Data sheet needs to be shared with the publisher. This sheet contains:
API Details: Extract publisher-specific API details from snip above and create a reference data master sheet for each publisher.
State/City List: List of states and cities.
Country Dialer Code: Dialing codes relevant to the target audience.
Course List: List of available courses.
Lead flow management ensures that publishers adhere to quality and quantity parameters. There are three types of lead flow:
Unlimited Flow:
Allows the publisher to push unlimited leads daily.
May lead to lead dumping, so it's advisable to set static or dynamic lead flow limits.
Static Lead Flow:
Defines the maximum number of leads a publisher can push daily.
Useful for maintaining control over lead volume.
Dynamic Lead Flow:
Dynamically adjusts the maximum number of leads based on lead quality.
High-quality leads increase the limit, while poor-quality leads reduce it.
Lead Flow Logs: You can monitor lead inflow and quality by selecting a specific date range to analyze lead flow logs.Mandatory Lead Parameters ensure that critical information is passed by the publisher.
To configure mandatory fields:
Define required parameters such as mobile number and email.
If these values are not passed, the leads will not be captured.
Test leads help ensure that the publisher's API is correctly configured.
Search Test Leads:
Go to Lead Manager from the left menu.
Search the lead using an email ID or mobile number.
Check API Logs:
If the lead is not found, go to:
Reports and Analytics > API / Integration Logs
Select the publisher.
Search for the test lead either by an email ID or mobile number.
Click on the Eye icon to preview the lead data.
Note: Test lead data preview ensures that lead parameters and data mapping are correct. To disable a publisher:
Navigate to Settings:
Go to Settings > Extension.
Click on Disable:

The green tick will be removed, confirming that the publisher has been disabled.
