How to Add a Dynamic Activity via Mobile Application?

Dynamic Activity unifies every lead/opportunity action into one connected timeline inside your CRM. Now, every action a student takes, either online, offline, or on external platforms, is pulled into one unified story inside your CRM.
Institutions can define which activities matter most, capture them with rich context, and log them either manually or via APIs against each lead profile.
Counselors and teams gain a 360° view of engagement, enabling smarter lead/opportunity scoring, personalized outreach, targeted segments, and faster conversions, no missed signals, just context-driven engagement.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: On the Add Icon on the Dynamic Activity page, tap on the Select Module Dropdown, through this you will be able to select the module on which you want to add Dynamic Activity
Step 2: Choose the Module – Lead or Opportunity.
Step 3: Based on the selected module, search for the entity:
  1. Lead – Search using name, email, mobile number, Lead ID or User ID
  2. Opportunity – First select the opportunity list, then search using name, email, mobile number, or opportunity ID
Step 4: Select the Dynamic Activity you want to post against the selected lead or opportunity 
Step 5: Based on the selected Dynamic activity , the fields will open, fill the subsequent fields 

Your event will now be created and visible in the Dynamic Activity section.

Multiple Places to Add an Event

You can add an event from several locations, depending on your workflow. Here are all the places where you can quickly log a new event:

From the Navigation Bar
  1. In the Bottom Navigation Bar, tap the + icon and select Add Dynamic Activity.
From the Dynamic Activity Section
  1. In the Bottom Navigation Bar, click on More and select Dynamic Activity
  2. In the main Dynamic Activity Page , on the Header click on the + icon to Add Dynamic Activity.
From the Leads
  1. Lead Listing: In the Bottom Navigation Bar, click on Leads. On the Leads Page tap the three-dot icon (⋮) next to a lead tuple and select Add Dynamic Activity.
  2. Lead Profile: In the Bottom Navigation Bar, click on Leads. On the Leads Page tap on a Lead Tuple. Tap the + icon on the bottom right corner in the profile and select Add Dynamic Activity.
From Opportunities
  1. Opportunity List: In the Bottom Navigation Bar, click on More and select Opportunity List, select an Opportunity List. On the Opporunities page tap the three-dot icon (⋮) next to an opportunity tuple and select Add Dynamic Activity.
  2. Opportunity Profile: In the Bottom Navigation Bar, click on More and select Opportunity List, select an Opportunity List. On the Opportunities page tap on an Opportunity Tuple and in the Opportunity Profile tap the + icon and select Add Dynamic Activity.
From a Profile with No Existing Events
  1. If no Dynamic Activity exist for a Lead or Opportunity, a dedicated Dynamic Activity section will appear in the profile, allowing you to add a new activity directly from there.

Points to Keep in Mind

  1. When you add an event from a Lead or Opportunity profile, the Module and Name fields will be filled in automatically for you.
  2. When you're adding an event, some fields might be mandatory for certain Dynamic Activity configurations and not for others. This depends on how the Dynamic Activity is configured in the backend.
  3. After you create a Dynamic Activity, you can find it in the Dynamic Activity section of that record's profile.
