How to View Offline Upload Logs?
Overview
The Offline Upload Logs feature in the Lead Manager helps you track the status of leads imported via the lead import tool (Check this article to import leads:
‘How to Import Leads?’. It provides detailed insights into the upload process, including successful imports, duplicates, and failed entries.
Steps to Check Upload Status
- Navigate to Leads Manager > Offline Upload Logs.
- On the Import Report page, use the filter icon
to refine your search. - A filter pop-up window appears that allows you to filter the upload logs based on:
- Imported By
- Imported Status
- Created On
- Imported Type
- Uploaded With
- Uploaded Type
- Click on apply to view the filter upload logs.
Note: Offline upload logs will only be available for the past 30 Days.
Key Fields in the Import Report
- Import Date & Time: Date and time of the lead upload.
- Uploaded With: Indicates whether leads were uploaded using Email Address or Mobile Number.
- Upload Type:
- New Leads: Unique leads added to the system;
- Update Leads: Existing leads updated with new information.
- Import Status: Shows whether the upload was Complete or encountered issues.
- Imported By: Name of the user who uploaded the leads.
- Lead Processed: Total number of leads processed.
- Successfully Imported Lead: Number of leads uploaded successfully.
- Duplicate Lead: Leads with identical details (e.g., Email ID or Mobile Number) already in the system. Click the count to download a CSV report.
- Failed Lead: Leads that couldn’t be uploaded due to errors (e.g., invalid email addresses). Click the count to download a CSV report for error details.
- Updated Leads: Existing leads updated with new information.
Note: Click on the Duplicate Lead or Failed Lead count to download a CSV file for further analysis
Best Practices while uploading offline logs
- The name should contain only alphabets (apostrophes and Full stops are acceptable).
- The email should have a valid domain.
- All dropdown fields must align with the master data or its custom drop down list made under the field configuration.
- A child field can only be uploaded along with its corresponding parent field (e.g., a city can be uploaded only if a valid state is provided; a city alone cannot be uploaded).
- Character length must adhere to the field configuration.
- The date field should follow the specified format as per field configuration.
- Lead source, medium, and campaign should be available under the "offline" tag.
- Mobile and country code should be uploaded separately.
