Core Functionalities

Interview Slot Booking

This stage allows applicants to book interview slots or receive assigned slots based on your preferences. You can:

• Enable Self-Slot Booking: Let candidates select available slots.

• Assign Slots Manually: Allocate defined slots to candidates.

• Auto-Allocate Slots: Use Meritto’s system to auto-assign slots.

Candidate Evaluation and Scoring

This stage facilitates candidate evaluation and scoring through predefined scorecards. Multiple scoring parameters can be defined for evaluating different aspects of a candidate’s performance.

Panel Assignment

Panel Assignment allows you to define which evaluator(s) will assess candidates in different groups and on specified dates.

Schedule Video Meetings

Meritto supports both online and offline interviews. If online mode is selected:

Generate Merit List/Rank List and Place Offer

After assigning composite scores, you can generate merit/rank lists with defined tie-breaker rules. Lists can be created based on:

• Applicant Count or Percentage: Define list size based on intake requirements.

• Category or Specialization: Generate independent or dependent lists for various categories.

Enable Offer Acceptance

You can extend offer letters to selected candidates, allowing applicants to see your status clearly.

• Display Status: Applicants can view status as Offered, Waitlisted, or Rejected.

Important Consideration:

1. Pick any Post Application stage from the right-hand side.
   
2. Now drop it in between the “Start” and “End” parts of the workflow.
3. You can drop any Post Application Stage multiple times in the workflow, or choose not to drop a stage not even once, also you can define the sequencing of the stages depending on the System Process you have in your Institute.
   

Points to Keep in Mind

• By default the Workflow builder will be empty, you can add any number of stages to proceed further.

• You will only be able to View/Add only those Post Application Stages that have been subscribed by your Institute.
