All About Panel Assignment

Overview

The Panel Assignment feature in Meritto CRM streamlines the evaluation process by allowing you to assign evaluators to candidates efficiently. This ensures a structured and organized approach to candidate assessment, improving the overall evaluation experience.

Core Functionalities

Methods for Panel Assignment

Panel assignments can be performed using two approaches:

1. Auto Allocation of Panel

Why is it required?

Every interview cycle, your team coordinates the same things: who evaluates whom, which scorecard applies, and whether a meeting link exists. Getting all of that right, consistently and for every applicant, shouldn't require manual effort each time. With Auto-Allocation of Panel, it doesn't. Configure your logic once, and the system handles assignment automatically from that point forward.

How This Helps?
  1. Interview readiness without the coordination overhead. Evaluator, scorecard, and meeting link are resolved together the moment conditions are met. Every applicant reaches their interview with everything already in place.

  2. Consistent allocation, regardless of volume. When assignment logic is defined once and executed by the system, the outcome is the same whether you're running fifty interviews or five thousand, removing any chance of missed assignments, wrong evaluators, or rework.
Pre-requisite

Users need to have a “Panel Assignment” permission which can be located under the post application bucket.

Step by Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to Post Application in the menu and click on Virtual Post Application from the submenu. Alternatively, search for "Virtual Post Application" using the menu search and click on it.
  2. Select the Form Name for which you want to enable Auto Panel Assignment and click Let’s Get Started
  3. Drag the Panel Assignment tab from the Post Application Stages list and drop it into the Design Your Post Application Process workflow window. Click Next Step.

  4. Select the form for which the panel assignment needs to be done
  5. Select the assignment type as “Auto Assignment Logic.”
  6. Map the available interview slots and evaluators from the drop-down
Multiple mapping of the slot and evaluator can be done.
  7. If meeting links are to be generated, then select the “Yes” option from the Schedule Meeting link option. Enter the meeting details, and click the “Publish” button.
  8. All the auto assignment logics can be tracked by clicking on the Auto Assignment Logics Tab, where corresponding to every logic user would be able to Disable, Delete, and Edit the logics.
